While waiting for the jury to reach a verdict in the Raj Rajaratnam “insider trading” case, I was forwarded a tweet from Frank Quattrone that links to an investigation by the Northern California Innocence Project. (Prosecutorial misconduct has naturally become a cause of Quattrone’s ever since his own case.)
