Sen. Charles Grassley and the Wall Street Journal's Jean Eaglesham appear to be among those who want the Department of Justice to find top executives to incarcerate over the financial crisis. But they've found a certain difficulty in determining whether the DOJ has actually done that: the DOJ doesn't keep track of which defendants are executives whose alleged conduct that allegedly violated some law was connected to the financial crisis.
