A bar owner was arrested after being accused of hosting "family friendly" events: allegedly, minors attended.

Police raided a store that sold pipes -- the signs said, for tobacco only -- and issued citations.

Five people continue to face gambling charges in connection with Internet cafes in Warren, Ohio, they allegedly owned or operated. Charges were dropped against one.

Sounds routine, doesn't it? Should it?
