The Atlas Society mission is to spread open Objectivism: the philosophy of reason, individualism, achievement, and freedom founded by Ayn Rand. We advocate uncompromising but civil discourse, aimed to engage and persuade rational minds in the pursuit of truth above all else. We provide the moral defense of freedom needed to win against today’s unprecedented assaults on individualism, liberty and capitalism. We provide a guide beyond politics, to using Objectivism as “a philosophy for living on Earth” that applies to every aspect of our lives, from art to innovation, heroes, and the achievements of free rational people in a global community. We connect through a first class magazine, a summer seminar, and a state-of-the-art website with thousands of pages of philosophy, culture, commentary and applications to personal life. The Atlas Society is also an active participant in the renewed effort to bring Atlas Shrugged to life as a feature film.

“The Atlas Society represents the best of Ayn Rand and Objectivism. The soaring sales of Atlas Shrugged suggest this is the time to leverage the good efforts of The Atlas Society. I urge you to support Atlas.”
-- Ed Crane, President, The Cato Institute.
