The Atlas Summit is a great place for students to learn about Objectivism [1] and the values Ayn Rand [2] promoted. We offer a discounted student registration rate, available to full-time students at any time.
And for 2013, the Atlas Summit will have a special full-day program for students from 9am to 5pm on Thursday, June 27. Kick off the Atlas Summit 2013 at the Capital Hilton with an exploration of the meaning and value of the Objectivist world-view. It's open to all student registrants and will be just the beginning of an exciting long weekend of ideas and inspiration.
For students and a few others who care to brave discomfort to save money, we will have dorm rooms reserved reserved at a price a little over $40 per night, based at George Washington University, a 20-minute walk (or a short bus, Metro, or cab ride) from the Capital Hilton.
And students may apply for tuition waivers and room and board scholarships, too. In addition, limited travel funds are available for students traveling long distances, or traveling internationally, or with exceptional financial problems. The application is available online now [3]. Apply by May 17 for the best chance at getting a scholarship. Atlas Summit student scholarships are supported by the Frank W. Bubb III Memorial Fund for Scholarship.
