He is the author of four books, including We Have Overcome: An Immigrant’s Letter to the American People. His fifth book, What Do White Americans Owe Black People?, is scheduled for publication in October 2021. An immigrant from Jamaica, Mr. Hill frequently writes and speaks about ethics, moral psychology, and American politics. He is deeply committed to the “absolutism of reason.”
