NICON 2026: The New Intellectuals Conference

Join the community shaping the future of ideas at NICON 2026, taking place from September 15 to 18 in Porto, Portugal, a city celebrated for its creativity, history, and coastal charm.

Organized by Atlas Society International, the New Intellectuals Conference (NICON) brings together John Galt School alumni, program partners, and others interested in Ayn Rand’s philosophy of Objectivism.

Since its launch in 2022, NICON has become the annual meeting point for those advancing the values of reason, individualism, and liberty. Previous editions held in Prague, Belgrade, Budapest, and Tbilisi have hosted more than 450 participants from around the world.
