Callista Mendoza

Callista Mendoza has joined The Atlas Society’s team as a part-time Student Programs Coordinator, assisting with program marketing, engagement, and scalability. A seasoned campus activism professional, she has built and mentored hundreds of student-led organizations across the country through her work at the Leadership Institute and Young Americans for Liberty. She brings a unique blend of grassroots mobilization, leadership development, event coordination, and donor engagement to every project she takes on.

Her favorite Ayn Rand novel, The Fountainhead, reflects her deep belief in the power of the individual and living with purpose. From coordinating high-impact campus events to managing speaker programs and outreach campaigns, Callista has spent years empowering students to boldly defend liberty.

Outside of her work, Callista is a coffee enthusiast, who enjoys paddle boarding, line dancing, swing dancing, and spending time with her three dogs. She’s currently on a mission to visit all 50 U.S. states by the age of 30 one sip of coffee at a time!
