The Atlas Society is excited to have Rachel Alajian join our staff as Major Gifts Officer, beginning September 2025. After some time as a Field Representative in Minnesota in 2021 with the Leadership Institute, she worked with Young Americans for Liberty (YAL), where she served in several roles, most recently as Director of Mobilization, overseeing YAL’s job board and student grassroots engagement initiatives. Rachel is excited to bring her determination and passion for liberty to The Atlas Society team, connecting supporters of Ayn Rand’s ideas to the organization's mission and helping them play a part in keeping Rand’s legacy alive.

Originally from California, Rachel now loves living in Austin, Texas. In her free time, she enjoys training in jiu-jitsu, two-stepping, and adventuring with friends.
