Calling all students/young professionals! You’re invited to enter The Atlas Society’s Second Annual Ayn Rand Story Contest!
Many of you have shared with us your stories of first discovering Ayn Rand, your favorite books, and how her ideas challenged your previous assumptions, elevated your ambitions, and altered your life trajectory. Now’s your chance to polish your writing skills, share your inspiring story with others, AND win a chance to attend the 6th Annual Atlas Society Gala in Malibu, CA on Thursday, October 6th! We are inviting YOU and all students and young adults (ages 16–27) to write a one page, single spaced essay (12 pt. Font) about how you were introduced to the works/ideas of Ayn Rand and how they have improved your life in meaningful ways!
We will select TWO winners for our Ayn Rand Story Contest based on the following parameters: A.) How compelling/captivating the story is, B.) the degree of impact Ayn Rand and her work has had on your life and C.) the clarity and conciseness of your writing.

Winners will receive a FREE ticket to our October, 6th Gala in Malibu, California, plus a travel stipend and promotion of your essay on our social media, newsletter, and website!
Submit questions and final submissions (submissions should be in .pdf or .docx format) to storycontest@atlassociety.org All submissions must be received by 8:59 PM PT / 11:59 PM ET on Friday, August 26th. Winners will be announced via Instagram Live (follow us @atlassociety on Instagram) on Friday, September 2nd time TBD.
