Can a Novel Teach You How to Live?
Ayn Rand held that art is “the indispensable medium for the communication of a moral ideal.” Novelist Kaitlyn Bankson has put that idea to work on the page. Influenced by Objectivism and the tradition of Romantic Realism, Bankson writes psychological literary fiction for the individualist. Her novels explore the individual mind under pressure. That includes The Paper Pusher, about a young woman who hides from a suffocating home life behind mountains of busywork, and The Dormant Age. She is the author of five novels: The Paper Pusher, The Dormant Age, A Man of Silence, A Man of Action, and Nest.
