Jennifer Anju Grossman, a former Senior Vice President at Dole Food Company, became the CEO of the Atlas Society on March 1st, 2016.
Jennifer Grossman has spent decades helping people to live freer, healthier lives. She launched the Dole Nutrition Institute — a research and education organization — at the behest of Dole Chairman David H. Murdock. She continued this agenda as Health Editor of Laura Ingraham's new lifestyle site, LifeZette.
Previously Grossman served as Director of Education at the Cato Institute, and worked closely with the late philanthropist Theodore J. Forstmann to launch the Children's Scholarship Fund. A speechwriter for President George H. W. Bush, Grossman has written for both national and local publications.
"The principles of Objectivism, the philosophy rooted in reality, reason, and individualism, has never been more needed — nor more neglected,” says Grossman. “This is the perfect moment to help the public rediscover the moral vision of Ayn Rand."
“I’m calling the police,” my mother said from her upstairs office. When I ran upstairs to find out what she was talking about, she was on the line with 911, telling them about the partially clothed adult male stumbling around the drive to the terrace where my parents and immediate neighbors live. I took a video here.
At a time when a highly infectious biological virus, the coronavirus, is spreading – as is an equally infectious psychological virus, panic – I wanted to take the opportunity to reach out with a message on what we at The Atlas Society are doing to respond to both.
Peter Diamandis has agreed to be the recipient of our Lifetime Achievement Award at this year's fall gala on October 14th, 2020, in Los Angeles –– and equally exciting, last year’s recipient, Lululemon Founder Chip Wilson, will personally be the one to present it.
