About Atlas Intellectuals

Atlas Intellectuals is a collection of courses created by The Atlas Society Senior Scholar Stephen Hicks, Ph.D., with topics ranging from Capitalism, Socialism, Slavery/Reparations, Envy, Objectivity, Altruism, and more. In addition to reviewing Ayn Rand’s perspective, Professor Hicks introduces thinkers from a variety of viewpoints –– from Milton Friedman to Karl Marx.

Courses touch on perennial and contemporary themes—Money, Socialism, the implications of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, Slavery and Reparations, Objectivity, Envy, Capitalism, Individual Rights, Egoism versus Altruism, and more. Each course includes content ranging from memes, videos, podcasts, texts by Ayn Rand, curated intellectual and scholarly texts by Objectivist and other thinkers from a variety of perspectives.
